“GREEVIKA” derived from Gree + Vika, where “Gree” stands for “Grehani” which means housewife and “Greenery” which is for a greener environment, and the later part i.e. “Vika” stands for “Jeevika” which means livelihood.

GREEVIKA Research Foundation (GRF) is a non-profit national research organization, focusing on data-oriented evidence and research-based solutions at ground level. We are fighting for creating an equal, sustainable, and hygienic living environment for all. We are working to create an impact in the field of Women empowerment through improving skills and providing livelihood opportunities, Climatic issues for a cleaner sustainable environment to combat climatic changes, Waste Management for the hygienic and clean surroundings, Sustainable living and Migration issues.

We aim to combat climatic issues by education, awareness and proposing solutions and provide a basic living condition by developing sustainable, hygienic and clean surroundings by a proper waste management process and also create an equal and empowered society by creating livelihood for women through recognition and developing her skills and also try to fill the gap of living environment among migrants.

Greevika aims to develop a sustainable and clean environment with an equal and empowered society by creating livelihood for women by developing her skills and recognition.

1. To combat climatic issues by education, awareness and proposing possible solutions.

2. To bridge the knowledge gap of climate change among the young generation and active population by bringing change in their behavior and attitude ultimately leading to combat climate change issues and sustainable livelihood.

3. To provide a basic living condition by developing sustainable, hygienic and clean surroundings by a proper waste management process consequently living a healthy life.

4. To create an equal and empowered society by creating livelihood for women through recognition and developing her skills by giving her training.

5. To promote and bring in action sustainable living for a better future by improving the wellbeing of the people without degrading the environment.

6. To concern the issue of migration and provide him a better living environment.
